Design phase
We will all work closely with an architect to create detailed plans that align with your preferences and needs. This phase involves floor plans, elevations, and material selections.
permitting
We will obtain all of the necessary permits from local authorities before construction begins on your behalf. This ensures compliance with building codes and regulations.
site preparation
We will clear your construction site, lay the foundation, and install necessary utilities. This step sets the groundwork for the structural components of your home.
construction
The actual building of your custom home takes place during this phase. Skilled laborers and contractors execute the plans, incorporating your chosen materials and design elements. We will keep you updated regularly throughout this process with schedule, design, and budget updates.
interior Design
Once the site work has begun, it is time to focus on interior details. This involves selecting fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, lighting, and many other finishing touches according to the design. We will gladly work with your designer, but if you haven’t selected one, we will suggest one to help facilitate this step.
final inspection & Move-in
Local authorities conduct inspections throughout the construction process to ensure your home meets safety and building standards. Upon final approval, you can move into your newly constructed custom home. Prior to moving in, we will conduct a complete walkthrough of all of the finishes and details in your home.
